Before you call one option cheaper
Normalize the whole arrangement.
Confirm what “one day” means.
Ask for the exact weekly hours, building-access window, holidays, and whether another person can book the room before or after you.
Add everything not included.
Internet, utilities, cleaning, storage, furniture, waiting-room access, parking, key fees, membership, and insurance requirements can move the real monthly cost.
Use completed sessions, not open slots.
A room scheduled for eight sessions but completing six has a different cost per session than the same room at full attendance.
Separate first-month cash from ongoing cost.
A deposit affects cash needed to begin; it is not automatically a monthly expense. Record refund terms separately.
