Therapy Office Exchange · Bay Area pilot
Find—or fill—the office days that make in-person practice workable.
Start with the actual unit of fit: place × weekday × time window × recurring cost. Submit privately; nothing becomes a public listing without review and fresh consent.

This pilot is open, but liquidity has not yet been demonstrated. There is no public inventory count, searchable directory, or claim that a match exists. The published thresholds below decide whether that changes.
Begin with the decision you have today
Are you trying to use a room—or fill an unused day?
A room can exist and still be a bad match. This pilot looks for overlap in the details that determine whether two therapists should spend time on an introduction.
A marketplace test, not an empty directory
We match the cell before we build the marketplace.
The first useful question
Does an available recurring day overlap with a therapist’s real geography, schedule, budget, and must-have requirements?
Structured private submission
Give us the facts that decide fit.
Privacy and participation
Know what a match does—and what it does not verify.
Fit and freshness outrank money.
No paid placement, bidding, sponsored ranking, or payment changes who appears to be a match.
Consent precedes contact.
No personal email, phone number, exact address, or identity is published. Separate seven-day links record one decision each; introductions require both sides.
“Submitted” is not “verified.”
We do not claim ownership, lease permission, licensure, accessibility, legality, insurance, or clinical suitability.

Change, close, or remove your record: use the site contact form or reply to a pilot email. The working review window is 90 days; continued matching requires fresh confirmation. De-identified aggregate cell counts may remain after the individual record is removed.
The build/no-build checkpoint
Activity is not liquidity.
The pilot earns a searchable marketplace only if supply and demand repeatedly overlap in concentrated geography × weekday cells and the records can stay current.
| Signal | Pilot threshold | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Completed supply records | 40+ | Inventory exists in structured form |
| Completed demand records | 60+ | Need is specific enough to match |
| Dense local cells | 2 cells with 8+ supply and 12+ demand | Density beats statewide emptiness |
| Demand receiving a viable match | 30%+ | The service is useful, not merely interesting |
| Qualified introductions | 20+ | Both sides want contact |
| Stale active records | <10% | Freshness remains credible |
Thresholds are decision rules, not forecasts. Aggregate reporting will suppress small cells and will not expose individual records.
